Wonder Through the Bible: Sunday Bible Study in Austin

Second, Third, and Fourth Sundays | 11:15 am | Study Room

What can we discover when we approach the Bible with curiosity and a willingness to wonder? Wonder Through the Bible is a welcoming Bible study class at First Presbyterian Church of Austin where people of all experience levels can explore Scripture, ask questions, and grow in faith together.

Meeting on the second, third, and fourth Sundays of each month at 11:15 am, following worship, this group takes an open and exploratory approach to biblical study. Each weekly scripture discussion stands on its own, so you can join whenever your schedule allows without worrying about missing previous sessions.

Whether you’ve been reading the Bible for years, are returning to Scripture after time away, or are opening it for the first time, there’s room for you here. Bring your questions, your curiosity, and your favorite morning beverage as we explore biblical stories, consider new perspectives, and discover how ancient texts speak to our lives today.

At First Presbyterian Church of Austin, we believe faith leaves room for questions. You don’t need to have all the answers to take part—just a willingness to explore and wonder alongside others.

Everyone is welcome! Join us in the Study Room on the second, third, and fourth Sundays at 11:15 am, following worship. Come as you are, and let’s wonder through the Bible together.
